The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) has officially opened applications for the prestigious 2025 Fulbright Scholar Program. This program aims to select around 15 scholars for the upcoming academic year. Of these, 13 positions are designated for faculty members and early-career researchers with 2-7 years of experience, while the remaining two positions are reserved for senior scholars who have completed their Ph.D. or terminal degree 8-15 years ago.
The Fulbright Scholar Program offers scholars up to 12 months of opportunities for lecturing, post-doctoral research, or a combination of both at a U.S. college or university. Selected scholars will engage in academic and cultural exchanges, sharing their knowledge of Pakistan’s society and culture with students, colleagues, and community members in the United States. Upon their return to Pakistan, these scholars are expected to contribute significantly to the nation’s development by integrating their U.S. experiences into their academic and professional activities.
